Contributes to the overall success of the Global Technology and Enterprise Platforms team globally, ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team's business strategies and objectives. In this role, you will: • Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge. • Play a critical role in designing, developing, and delivering high‑quality Employee Technology solutions that address complex business needs • Works with internal and external groups to formulate, define, test and troubleshoot system configurations for End User Computing (EUC) systems within Scotiabank • Participate in global governance of EUC Technology standards by assessing products and providing advisory/recommendation on onboarding • Own and manage incidents and problems to ensure prompt and effective resolution by engaging internal and external partners • Effectively manage and maintain an EUC Lab that facilitates project and service delivery • Provide maintenance and support to Application Systems under ownership/stewardship of the team • Support end‑to‑end solution lifecycle activities, from discovery and plannin
