The Role The Director, Thought Leadership will develop and promote insightful, forward-thinking content that enhances our brand reputation and drives engagement. The role will be responsible for delivering on multi-channel thought leadership initiatives tied to the Bank's strategic priorities including industry trends, the North American economy, geopolitics and trade, technology and innovation, social impact and sustainability, and human capital. The ideal candidate will have strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and will have a passion and interest in key policy, industry and market trend issues, with a view to the role the banking sector plays in driving prosperity. In this role, you will be involved in: Leads execution of strategic thought leadership initiatives in support of senior leaders across the Bank, including ideation, forward-looking planning, rollout of projects and management of the day-to-day calendar. Ensures relevant input from key stakeholders across functions and business lines at all levels. Builds and manages partnerships and engagement with think tanks, industry groups and experts and academic institutions to develop multi-channel strategies.
