The Role Director, Securities Post Trade Technology will Lead and oversee Securities Settlements and Clearing Technology within Capital Markets Technology globally ensuring business strategies, targets and initiatives are executed / delivered in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures. Is this role right for you? In this role you will: Leads and drives a customer focused culture throughout their team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge. Ensures round the clock production support for Operations applications, managed globally. Manage medium to large projects with IT spend between $2MM and $15MM. Applying modern technology to new operational requirements Implement new practices and frameworks such as Agile, Lean, Design thinking, and DevOps Build a high-performance environment and implement a people strategy that attracts, retains, develops and motivates their team by fostering an inclusive work environment. Communicates the Bank's risk culture and risk appetite throughout their teams. Communicates vision/values/business strategy and manages succession and development planning for the team. Ensures the timely development and implementation of multiple applications and IT solutions - involving multiple systems, multiple dependencies and multiple stakeholders/business
