Purpose The Director Engineering, Transaction Services is responsible for the engineering execution and delivery of technology solutions that support the Canadian Bank's platforms. This role ensures the timely delivery, quality, resiliency, and operational excellence of platforms that support applications, processes and Client journeys for the Canadian Bank. The initial focus will be on the delivery of the Canadian Bank must win initiative. The Director partners closely with business and product leads to align on requirements and priorities, delivering technical solutions that support strategic business outcomes. Reporting to the VP, this role plays a key part in translating vision into executable plans and ensuring those plans are delivered with a high level of quality, stability, and stakeholder alignment.
