The Role We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Director of Engineering to lead the design, build, and modernization of FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) technology platforms. This role sits at the intersection of Finance, Data, and Technology, driving transformation across planning, forecasting, reporting, and financial analytics. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering scalable, governed, and high-performing systems that enable integrated planning, real-time insights, and enterprise-wide financial decision-making. This leader will partner closely with Finance executives, data teams, and enterprise architecture to transition from fragmented reporting toward unified, data-driven FP&A capabilities.
