The role Program Manager / Director Strategy & Delivery Core HR and Payroll Technology Contributes to the overall success of GHRT Payroll, Time, Core HR and Rewards teams globally, ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team's business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted are compliant with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures Is this role right for you? In this role you will: Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge. Partner with Global HR in end-to-end business case creation process. Provide technology specific expertise for effort and financial estimation, facilitate communication between key stakeholders to arrive at an agreed upon final business case. Strong Communication, facilitation and presentation skills for developing communication strategies for Executive approval through to implementation of strategies and programs. Direct accountability for the management and delivery of a portfolio of multiple technology projects in support of Global HR. Develops strategies and executes on initiatives to move all geographies towards the global standard.
