This is a Director-level Delivery Lead role responsible for elevating the organization's delivery capability by fostering a culture of agility, continuous improvement, and human-centered collaboration. This role operates at an enterprise scope, influencing senior leadership, shaping delivery strategy, and driving organizational transformation across Global Cash Management Engineering teams. What You'll Do: Mentorship & Mindset Leverage previous experiences in adapting core principles to real-world application - using this to upskill our leads and team members. Mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and new Agile practitioners to build the right mindset. Help leaders understand their role in supporting Agile teams and shifting traditional command and control behaviors. Act as a trusted advisor on Agile practices, product strategy alignment, and organizational impediments. Promote a culture of accountability within the team. Continuous Improvement & Metrics Introduce, measure, and refine Agile metrics using delivery data such as cycle time,
