Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures. Under the supervision of the Manager Database Administration, manage and provide support for the banks Oracle, MySQL databases. As a member of the database administration group, the incumbent will assist in the team effort to maximize the availability, security, and performance of the databases. The incumbent is required to be on-call on a rotational basis to support the banks databases. The incumbent must be prepared to do shift work as well as provide remote dial in support, or occasionally on-site support in response to routine monitoring alerts, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks occurring after hours and on weekends.
