Our Core Banking Engineering team is looking for an enthusiastic Business Systems Analyst to innovate and collaborate on the value-driven goals in delivering customer value. Is this role right for you? In this role, you will: • Lead the requirement gathering, business definition and translation of business requirements to user story grooming that drive strategic transformation. • Work with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies. • Partner with Project, Business, Engineering, and Testing teams to ensure readiness for delivery, testing, and post-implementation success. • Support application testing and collaborating with teams to ensure application quality and correctness, meeting relevant specifications and requirements. Tasks may include test planning and execution, including Automation, Manual, Regression, Integration, Performance and/or E2E testing. • Co-ordinate the enhancements intake process, providing clients and stakeholders smooth engagement process for initiating changes and support efforts. • Be flexible and thrive in an evolving environment • Adapt to change quickly and adjust work accordingly in a positive manner • Work closely with all team members in agile lab and agile environment Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?
