Purpose Contributes to the overall success of the Data Engineering Team under GOCT Solution Architecture & Engineering. Ensures specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the business strategies and objectives to comply with the governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures Accountability Support and maintain enterprise server infrastructure within Microsoft environments, ensuring high availability, system stability, and alignment with enterprise standards. Manage end-to-end software lifecycle activities including vulnerability remediation, patching, and software currency upgrades to keep servers secure and compliant. Lead and support infrastructure upgrade and migration initiatives, including SQL Server version upgrades to Microsoft-supported platforms, ensuring minimal business disruption. Conduct server and infrastructure security assessments to identify risks, evaluate exposure, and collaborate with security teams to implement remediation and control measures. Configure and maintain enterprise connectivity components such as ODBC drivers, data adapters, and integration tools to ensure reliable data access across systems.
