This role sits at the intersection of developer experience, telecom infrastructure, and business strategy , and is responsible for defining and delivering capabilities that power next-generation voice applications. You will drive product vision, roadmap, and execution for APIs that enable call control, conferencing, recordings, and real-time communications-while ensuring reliability, scalability, and ease of use for developers. What You'll Do: Product Strategy & Ownership - Define and own the roadmap for Programmable Voice APIs, aligned with company strategy and market opportunities - Build compelling business cases for new features and investments (ROI, cost modeling, pricing strategy) - Identify opportunities in emerging areas such as AI-driven voice, automation, and real-time communications Customer & Market Focus - Develop deep empathy for developers, product teams, and enterprise
