Primary Purpose of the Position: Performs as a business partner, collaborating with stakeholders, appropriate Global HR Centers of Expertise (COE's), and Global Shared Services (GSS) to develop and implement HR solutions aligned to business goals in support of the Global People Ambition. Provides leadership to and continuous improvement and development of the HR team, ensuring efficient and effective HR service delivery and execution of enterprise and regional HR priorities and strategy in the assigned region. What will you be responsible for? Collaborates with plant/site, region business leaders and functions to anticipate future business needs, challenges and influences to advocate for HR strategy, solutions, policies and processes through effective communication to HR Directors and HR VPs.
