Insurance Advisor is the title we use here in our Charlotte Sales and Technology hub . We are licensed Insurance Agents . Under close supervision, closes targeted number of sales from leads, prospects and policyholders to achieve auto, property, and specialty sales targets in a sales center environment. As a top 20 Insurance Broker you will have access to multiple carriers to provide your prospects with the best coverages at the best pricing. This is a base pay plus commission compensation structure! Principal Responsibilities: H andle inbound calls and make outbound calls to leads, consult with customers on their insurance needs and match the correct coverages, products and benefits to convert leads into customers. We provide all of your leads. Assesses customer's insurance needs and suggest/advise products and coverage's based on a need/exposure assessment . Conducts need/exposure assessments
