About This Role Axsome Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Director, Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) Analytics to lead the design and execution of real-world evidence (RWE) analytics in support of the value proposition of Axsome's marketed products and pipeline assets. Reporting to the Associate Vice President of Health Economics & Evidence Generation Strategy, the Senior Director, HEOR Analytics will provide hands-on technical expertise and day-to-day partnership with cross-functional teams. The Senior Director HEOR Analytics will oversee complex real-world data (RWD) analyses, ensure methodological rigor, and mentor a team with expertise in real world analysis design, execution, and interpretation.
