About This Job The First Vice President (FVP) of Unsecured Consumer Lending serves as the business unit leader responsible for driving growth, performance, profitability, lead optimization, operational efficiency, and customer experience. This role leads the development and execution of strategies to deepen engagement with existing customers, enhance loan origination efficiency, and deliver high-quality, profitable loan production. The ideal candidate is a strategic, data-driven leader with deep expertise in consumer lending and a passion for building scalable, customer-centric programs. Responsibilities: Production Results and Business Unit Profitability: Accountable for business unit production and financial results. Strategic Leadership and Execution: Identity and recommend strategic opportunities for growth and optimization of our Unsecured Loan products. Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans to achieve loan origination volume and customer engagement targets. Product & Program Management: Develop and refine the personal loan offer framework , enhancing personalization, eligibility criteria, and customer experience to improve conversion rates and profitability.
