About This Job The Sr. Commercial Loan Processor provides strategic and operational leadership for the entire loan processing team. This role oversees daily operations, sets performance standards, and ensures that all transactions are executed efficiently and in full compliance with company policies and federal regulations. The Sr. Commercial Loan Processor collaborates with senior leadership to implement process improvements, resolves escalated issues, manages staffing and scheduling, and drives overall team performance and development. Responsibilities: Prepare, review, and manage all commercial loan documentation-including both in-house document sets and those prepared by counsel-to ensure adherence to company policies and federal regulations. Address and remediate audit findings as needed Serve as a key liaison with internal teams (Sales, Underwriting, Operations) and external stakeholders (Legal Counsel, Title, Escrow, Vendors, Insurance Companies) to ensure smooth transaction flow and timely updates regarding loan status Accurately enter and maintain loan data in core processing systems (nCino, Salesforce, Jack Henry) to effectively manage pipelines, workflow, and funding deadlines Contribute to ongoing process enhancement initiatives and, when applicable, assist in training and guiding team members to improve overall operational
