About This Job Axos Invest is seeking a Financial Specialist who creates and develops relationships with clients within a specified territory. They introduce Axos Invest solutions, deepen relationships with clients and provide support for the client's financial planning and investment needs. Clients may refer to a client in a B2C relationship with Axos Invest or an external Financial Advisor and their clients in a B2B relationship with Axos Invest. Financial Specialists understand the company's responsible growth strategy, operations and compliance initiatives. Financial Specialist are focused on increasing assets and generating revenue to Axos Invest. ​ Responsibilities: Responsible for the growth of clients, AUM, accounts, and revenue in a specified territory. Provides management, oversight, and training to their team member(s) in the Client Service Advocate role. Actively pursue each lead for the territory through a disciplined client introduction and engagement proces. Engage with clients using Axos Invest Financial Planning and Investing Lifecycle Investment Planning processes. Educate clients on Axos Invest investment solutions and platforms.
