About this role
Director of Global IT Ops Tel Aviv, Israel The Director of Global IT Operations will lead our global IT Support and Systems Administration teams, serving as the strategic "face of IT" for a rapidly growing workforce. Reporting to the VP of Global IT & Systems, you will mature our service-facing technical functions by balancing high-level strategy with hands-on technical excellence. This role is pivotal in driving an automation-first culture that reduces user friction while maintaining a robust security posture across a cloud-native environment. Responsibilities - Strategic Leadership: Manage and mentor a global, multi-site team of IT Support Engineers and Systems Administrators across the US and Israel. - Operational Excellence: Drive daily operations and long-term roadmaps for support services, ensuring high-touch service delivery and metric-driven performance. - Automation & AI: Identify and implement AI-driven tools and automation frameworks for onboarding, offboarding, and routine ticket resolution to enhance efficiency. - Cross-Functional Partnership: Act as a diplomat between IT and business departments to ensure IT is viewed as a strategic partner and enabler. Minimum Qualifications - Extensive Leadership: 5+ years of experience leading global IT support and system administration teams in a high-growth technology company. - Technical Foundations: 10+ years of total IT experience with at least 8 years in hands-on systems administration or IT operations. - Global Management: Proven experience managing geographically dispersed teams (specifically US and EMEA) and a remote-first fleet. - Language Proficiency: Full professional English fluency for global stakeholder management and executive communication. - Advanced SaaS Expertise: Expert-level knowledge
