Your Impact This is a pivotal client-facing role offering significant opportunities for leadership and professional development in a rapidly growing business environment. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal project teams to architect and deliver robust data conversion and integration solutions that provide substantial value to our public safety partners. This position involves implementing and refining processes to guarantee quality, enhance productivity, and ensure client satisfaction. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, the Solution Architect, Data Conversion is responsible for achieving superior customer satisfaction through the timely and effective delivery of technical services, including schema transformation, technical project scoping, and comprehensive system analysis. What You'll Do Travel : Ability to travel up to 30% Serve as a key client-facing technical expert within the Software Solutions Delivery Team.
