Your Impact As Axon's Supplier Development Engineer, you will be responsible for providing Supplier Quality Development support for all Axon products, including Conducted Electrical Weapons, Cartridges, Counter Drone devices and accessories. You will be a key technical leader responsible for working with suppliers, in cooperation with Axon Design Engineering, Supplier Quality and Supply Chain. You will evaluate and select qualified suppliers. You will lead efforts to measure and improve supplier performance. This work will positively impact the quality of new and existing products. Specifically, you will help reduce PPMs, lower costs related to poor quality, and improve on-time delivery.
