Your Impact: The Product Operations Manager is a high-impact, cross-functional role responsible for the full lifecycle of Axon's drone and Sky-Hero product portfolio - from quality and cost management to strategic planning and customer escalation. This role operates at the intersection of engineering, operations, finance, and customer success, requiring a sharp analytical mind, strong business acumen, and the ability to make critical decisions in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. You will hold ultimate ownership over corrective action effectiveness, stop-ship decisions, cost reduction initiatives, SKU lifecycle strategy, and pricing - while also being the person who shows up onsite to de-escalate customer situations. This role covers both in market products line as well as new and coming soon products that will expand our portfolios.
