Your Impact As a senior engineer on the team, you will be intimately involved in architecture decisions that shape this product. You live and breathe cloud services that require high availability and fast, consistent performance. You operate in an AI-first engineering environment, where you leverage advanced AI systems to inform design decisions, accelerate development, and improve system reliability. You are expected to drive adoption of AI-enabled engineering practices across teams, ensuring scalable and efficient development workflows. You will work closely with product managers and designers to ensure we are building the right solution for our customers, while also mentoring engineers on both system design and AI-first development practices. What You'll Do Work Location: This role is based out of our London office and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays,
