In Axon's Global Artificial Intelligence pillar, you'll build a stealth product with a small team and a big mission: deliver something the market hasn't seen, and do it with pace. As a Senior Software Engineer I, you'll lead key areas of the product from concept through launch. You'll make pragmatic architecture decisions, keep quality high while moving fast, and help the team turn prototypes into a scalable product. This is an AI-native delivery role: AI is a primary lever for how you ship, not an add-on and you have true Product acumen and ability to craft and build products end to end. What You'll Do - Lead the build of major product surfaces and services; own features end-to-end from design to operations. - Drive product clarity in ambiguity: define the problem, shape MVP scope, set success metrics, and align stakeholders
