Your Impact As a Senior Mechanical Engineer , you take technical ownership of mechanical systems and assemblies - from early concept and architecture through prototyping, qualification, and production. You combine hands-on mechanical engineering , strong problem-solving skills , and technical leadership , actively shaping both our products and the way we engineer them. What You'll Do - Own mechanical system and subsystem development across the full product lifecycle. - Design durable mechanical solutions for fixed, portable, and mobile cUAS systems . - Develop housings, structures, and mounting concepts with focus on thermal performance, weight, stiffness, and environmental robustness . - Apply structural and thermal simulation (e.g. FEA, thermal analysis) to guide design decisions and validate concepts. - Take a strong hands-on role in prototyping, testing, and iterative design improvements. - Solve real-world hardware problems by identifying root causes and implementing practical, robust solutions. - Work closely with electrical, RF, and systems engineers on
