Your Impact In this role, you will contribute directly to the accuracy, compliance, and scalability of global payroll operations. As part of a high-performing payroll team, you will support the execution of domestic and international payroll processes while ensuring data integrity and adherence to regulatory requirements. You will play a key role in maintaining payroll accuracy, supporting global tax compliance, and partnering across functions to deliver a seamless employee experience. This position offers exposure to complex payroll environments and the opportunity to contribute to process improvements as Axon continues to scale globally. You will also gain valuable experience working alongside accounting and payroll professionals, expanding your technical expertise and understanding of global payroll operations. Your Day-to-Day - Support the preparation and processing of global payrolls, including regular and off-cycle runs - Ensure payroll data accuracy through validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution - Partner with internal stakeholders and external providers to meet quarter-end
