As a Client Success Manager, you'll be instrumental in managing a portfolio of 25-30 commercial clients, overseeing their journey post-onboarding. Your focus will be on ensuring client retention, driving platform adoption, and identifying opportunities for growth. If you're adept at building strategic relationships, leveraging data to inform client strategies, and proactively addressing challenges in a fast-paced SaaS environment, we encourage you to apply. What you will do: - Manage a book of 25-30 commercial clients with contract values ranging from $70K-$150K - Own client relationships post-onboarding, focusing on retention, adoption, and growth - Conduct QBRs and strategic touchpoints that align Awardco's value to client's business goals - Partner with Sales and Renewals team on renewal and upsell opportunities - Identify risks early and proactively build mitigation strategies - Leverage platform data to inform client strategy and measure success - Educate clients on best practices, platform features, and program improvements - Work cross-functionally with Product, Support, and Engineering to resolve client challenges - Track client activity and health using
