We are building a care coordination system driven by human healthcare experts and AI to help every patient access the necessary care to live a longer, healthier life. ABOUT THE ROLE As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you'll build end-to-end product experiences across Aviator's patient-facing app and internal AviatorOS, shipping everything from polished UIs to scalable APIs and integrations that power real care coordination. You'll also help productionize our agentic and automation layer by building tool-using agents, workflow orchestration, evals, and safe human-in-the-loop controls so AI can reliably handle high-stakes operational work. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving startup, loves turning messy real-world workflows into simple software, and ships quickly without compromising reliability. This role is in person in New York City, 5 days / week.
