We are actively recruiting a Remote Telehealth Physician. As an Aviator Physician, you will collaborate with patient navigators to ensure patients receive coordinated, high-quality care. You'll use your clinical expertise to help families navigate chronic illness and support patients in achieving better health outcomes. In this role, you'll also shape Aviator's care model for scale, ensuring that our approach meets both clinical and human needs. American healthcare is so complex such that 88% of Americans do not have the health literacy necessary to navigate the system. Navigating healthcare today is overwhelming, especially for patients living with chronic conditions. At Aviator, we're building a new model of support that combines human expertise with technology to make care more accessible and coordinated. Our Remote Telehealth Physicians are central to this effort.
