Job Description: The Total Rewards Analyst will support different compensation core processes, like the annual compensation cycle, pay equity and salary planning. Will also participate in special projects. Support the following compensation core processes: Annual compensation cycle: performing comp admin tasks related to manual updates for global transfers, manual uploads (ABS for bonus calculation, fixed allowances, LOA proration, etc), updates and deletion of change statements, troubleshooting of issues during the live cycle. Key participation in the testing phases for regular cycles and for enhancements. Pay Equity: outlier review follow up, consolidation of information and analysis of data. Survey
