Job Description: YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE Customs Clearance Management: Manage and oversee the end-to-end customs clearance process for all import shipments, ensuring strict adherence to all applicable local and international regulations. Demonstrate expert-level knowledge of customs forms, including but not limited to K1, K2, K8/9, ZB, and Free Trade Agreement (FTA). Conduct comprehensive reviews of shipping documents for accuracy and compliance with customs requirements. Lead brokerage compliance and all customs clearance-related activities for import shipments, actively managing interactions with regulatory agencies such as MITI, MIDA, SIRIM, and Customs. 2. Logistics Operations & Coordination: Prepare operational schedules and coordinate import logistics activities to ensure timely and specification-compliant delivery of products. Manage and coordinate with shunting transporters for efficient and timely delivery and pick-up arrangements of import
