In this role, you will work closely with business users, technical consultants, and project teams to analyze collaboration and document management needs, gather requirements, and support the successful delivery of SharePoint and Microsoft 365 solutions. You will play a key role in translating business processes into scalable digital workplace solutions. What will you be doing? The Business Analyst analyzes business processes and supporting collaboration platforms, develops As-Is and To-Be workflows, and ensures requirements are clearly defined throughout the implementation lifecycle.
