In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and support the successful implementation and enhancement of CRM solutions. You will play a key role in translating business needs into functional solutions that improve customer engagement, sales operations, and service delivery. What will you be doing?
