In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and support the successful implementation and enhancement of CRM solutions. You will play a key role in translating business needs into functional solutions that improve customer engagement, sales operations, and service delivery. What will you be doing? The Business Analyst analyzes business processes and supporting systems, develops As-Is and To-Be workflows, and ensures business requirements are clearly defined and delivered throughout the project lifecycle.
