ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for Forward Deployed Engineers who combine technical depth with customer obsession. You'll work directly with customers to implement our AI agents, building custom solutions and ensuring our customers extract maximum value from our platform. This role sits at the intersection of engineering and customer success. You'll write code, design integrations, and tune AI systems-all while maintaining direct relationships with the people using what you build.
