Aurora is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the Operations Excellence team in Dallas, TX. In this role, you will lead the planning and analysis of our logistics network, resource allocation, and load scheduling strategies to optimize efficiency and profitability. You will partner cross-functionally to translate operational challenges into scalable, data-informed solutions that support both commercial and development priorities. This role requires strong analytical skills combined with business acumen. In this role, you will: - Partner with Product, Business Development, and Dispatch stakeholders to develop and optimize weekly network and resource plans across people, trucks, and terminals - Build forecasting models to optimize fleet allocation, load management, and network efficiency against commercial and development demand. - Translate business problems into analytical frameworks and actionable recommendations
