Software Modeller 319 Bernardo Avenue, Mountain View CA 94043 | OnSite ROLE TITLE Location: Mountain View, CA Compensation: $200K-$320K depending on experience, plus meaningful early-employee equity. ABOUT ATUM WORKS We are building the world's first scalable 3D lithography foundry: technology that could fundamentally change how advanced computing systems are built and the material basis of our world. The world is changed by small groups of unusually capable people working on an ambitious problem together. We are looking for the next core team member that will redefine advanced packaging and shape the trajectory of Atum Works. POSITION SUMMARY As a Software Engineer / Modeller, you will work directly with the founders and engineering team to build the modelling and simulation systems that help Atum decide what to do next. You should be comfortable going from pen and paper equations to working code quickly. This includes deriving and solving equations at the right level of detail for the problem at hand. As the company enters its next phase of technical progress, you will help define the modelling and software systems that allow Atum to scale while maintaining a high rate of learning. Much of this role is taking messy physical systems and turning them into something we can actually use. Your work will directly impact how quickly we learn, iterate, and improve.
