POSITION OVERVIEW Atomic is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Talent team and partner closely with Atomic founders, CEOs, and portfolio leadership teams on critical hiring initiatives. This role is both highly strategic and deeply hands-on. The ideal candidate is an exceptional full-cycle recruiter with strong technical recruiting expertise and the ability to operate as a trusted advisor to early-stage founders. You will lead searches across Atomic's incubated and portfolio companies, helping build foundational teams from the ground up - with a particular focus on engineering, product, data, and technical leadership hiring. In addition to recruiting execution, this person will help develop scalable talent infrastructure, playbooks, and best practices that support Atomic's growing portfolio.
