POSITION OVERVIEW - DIRECTOR OF GROWTH Location: Remote (Quarterly travel to Miami) Reports to: Co-Founder and CEO, Quentin Lacornerie Atomic, Emily Boschwitz (Interim CMO), and Quentin Lacornerie are looking for their first Growth lead to set the strategy, run a tight experimentation drumbeat, and oversee a team of specialists/agencies. - Own the growth system: North Star + KPIs, weekly testing cadence, backlog, and post mortems. Early stage means trade-offs!
