As a Senior Fulfillment Associate in Dubai, you are responsible for managing end-to-end visa processing operations and ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout the application journey. You'll assist customers with documentation and profile creation, resolving operational issues in real time, coordinating with internal teams and visiting customers on-ground to collect documents or provide support. As part of one of the fastest-growing startups in the travel space, this is a 6-day in-office role that requires a consistent on-ground presence and customer interaction. The Job - Handle end-to-end visa application processing for UAE operations. - Guide customers on visa requirements, documentation, and profile creation. - Review and verify applications to ensure accuracy and compliance with visa guidelines. - Identify and evaluate opportunities to unlock new destinations for the UAE market, driving business expansion and market growth. - Identify issues during the application process and resolve them proactively. - Track application
