Atlys is building a world class travel support experience for its most premium users. The Infinity Customer Success Associate i s the front line of that promise. This role is for someone who understands high touch service, anticipates needs before they are spoken, and consistently delivers a calm, seamless, and reliable experience. What You'll Do - Provide end to end support to Infinity users across chat, email, and phone. - Serve as a trusted point of contact for travel and visa support, offering clear, accurate, and personalised guidance. - Maintain a warm, composed, and thoughtful communication style, even under pressure. - Take ownership of each interaction, ensuring users feel heard, understood, and well taken care of. - Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and keep users updated at every step. - Manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. - Spot patterns, anticipate needs, and share feedback to
