As an Engineering Manager, you'll lead a high impact engineering team responsible for building and scaling Atlys' mobile experiences and core platform capabilities. You'll work closely with Product, Design, and leadership to drive execution excellence while shaping scalable technical systems across iOS and Android. The Job - Lead & Manage Teams: Build, mentor, and grow a high performing engineering team while fostering a strong ownership driven culture. - Drive Mobile Architecture: Lead technical decision making across native mobile platforms with deep focus on scalable, maintainable, and performant architectures in Swift and Kotlin. - Collaborate Cross Functionally: Partner closely with Product, Design, and Data teams to translate business goals into impactful user experiences. - Scale Systems & Processes: Improve engineering processes, code quality standards, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and operational excellence practices. - Mentor & Develop Engineers: Support career growth, technical mentorship, and create an environment where engineers can do their best work.
