PCBA Manufacturing Engineer As a PCBA Manufacturing Engineer, you will work across design engineering, supply-chain, quality, and our manufacturing partners to drive PCBA manufacturing with on time delivery. Role - Define manufacturing readiness requirements and lead key milestone reviews to ensure all stakeholder deliverables are complete. - Work with the Design Engineering team to identify and escalate manufacturing challenges early in product development by enforcing DFM, DFA and DFS principles. - Drive closure of all operational issues during pre-production builds. - Investigate failures in production, test, and integration. Identify and mitigate underlying root causes to prevent reoccurrence and foster continuous improvement. - Deliver manufacturing processes capabilities including equipment capability, quality controls, materials characterization, and workmanship standards. -
