Position Summary: The Electrical and Electronics Test Technician is responsible for performing functional, environmental, and diagnostic testing on electrical and electronic components, assemblies, and systems. This role ensures all products meet design specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. The technician will work closely with engineers to identify issues, troubleshoot failures, and maintain test equipment. Key Responsibilities: - Perform electrical and electronic testing of components, subassemblies, and final products according to engineering specifications and test procedures. - Operate and maintain automated and manual test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and specialized test setups. - Conduct functional, continuity, insulation resistance, hipot, and performance testing. - Assist in environmental testing, including thermal cycling, vibration, burn-in, and other reliability assessments. - Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, test plans, and technical documents to execute test procedures. - Identify, isolate, and troubleshoot electrical and electronic failures; document findings and recommend corrective actions. - Record test results accurately in logs, reports, or databases to ensure traceability and compliance. - Support engineering teams during product
