Production Supervisor Major Assemblies Shift 2 Midland, Texas, United States AST SpaceMobile is building the first and only global cellular broadband network in space to operate directly with standard, unmodified mobile devices based on our extensive IP and patent portfolio and designed for both commercial and government applications. Our engineers and space scientists are on a mission to eliminate the connectivity gaps faced by today's five billion mobile subscribers and finally bring broadband to the billions who remain unconnected. Position Overview AST SpaceMobile and our global partners are building the first and only space-based cellular broadband network designed to connect standard mobile phones at 4G/5G speeds - on land, at sea, and in flight. The Production Supervisor will oversee the mechanical and electrical assembly of complex satellite systems for AST SpaceMobile's growing LEO constellation. This role is responsible for supervising production operations, ensuring quality and throughput, supporting continuous improvement, and developing a high-performing assembly workforce. You will be working shift 2 which is 5:30 pm to 4 am Monday through Thursday (4x10 schedule).
