Our engineers and space scientists are on a mission to eliminate the connectivity gaps faced by today's five billion mobile subscribers and finally bring broadband to the billions who remain unconnected. Position Overview AST SpaceMobile is currently seeking a skilled Information Technology (IT) Technician to support end users, maintain enterprise hardware and software systems, and contribute to the reliability and efficiency of IT operations. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, ideal for someone who excels in troubleshooting, customer service, and adapting quickly in a growing environment. Key Responsibilities - Provide technical support to end users for workstations, servers, and mobile devices (hardware and software). - Support and maintain Office 365 applications for users. - Prepare, deploy, and ship new hardware to remote sites and end users. - Assist with deployment of on-premises hardware including routers, switches, Ethernet cabling, servers, workstations, monitors, and printers. - Manage user accounts in on-premises Active Directory and cloud-based identity providers (Azure AD, LastPass). - Perform software installations, patches, and upgrades to maintain system security and integrity. - Troubleshoot issues to isolate and diagnose common hardware and software problems. - Create and maintain accurate systems documentation. - Escalate complex issues to subject matter experts when required. - Perform other related
