Information Technology (IT) Technician Midland, Texas, United States AST SpaceMobile is building the first and only global cellular broadband network in space to operate directly with standard, unmodified mobile devices based on our extensive IP and patent portfolio and designed for both commercial and government applications. Our engineers and space scientists are on a mission to eliminate the connectivity gaps faced by today's five billion mobile subscribers and finally bring broadband to the billions who remain unconnected. Position Overview AST SpaceMobile is currently seeking a skilled Information Technology (IT) Technician to support end users, maintain enterprise hardware and software systems, and contribute to the reliability and efficiency of IT operations. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, ideal for someone who excels in troubleshooting, customer service, and adapting quickly in a growing environment. Key Responsibilities - Provide technical support to end users for workstations, servers, and mobile devices (hardware and software). - Support and maintain Office 365 applications for users. - Prepare, deploy, and ship new hardware to remote sites and end users. - Assist with deployment of on-premises hardware including routers, switches, Ethernet cabling, servers, workstations, monitors, and printers. - Manage user accounts in on-premises Active Directory and cloud-based identity providers (Azure AD, LastPass). - Perform software installations, patches, and upgrades to maintain system security and integrity. - Troubleshoot issues to isolate and diagnose common hardware and software problems. - Create and maintain accurate systems documentation. - Escalate complex issues to subject matter experts when required. - Perform other related
