Our engineers and space scientists are on a mission to eliminate the connectivity gaps faced by today's five billion mobile subscribers and finally bring broadband to the billions who remain unconnected. Position Overview We are seeking a Battery Production & Test Supervisor to lead day-to-day manufacturing and testing operations for battery systems. This role oversees end-to-end production and validation activities, ensuring all products meet applicable quality, safety, and performance standards. The Supervisor will drive execution, support continuous improvement initiatives, and lead a team responsible for both build and test operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities - Supervise battery production and testing activities, ensuring compliance with established work instructions, engineering requirements, and quality standards - Oversee cell receiving, inspection, processing, cycling, grading, and matching prior to pack assembly - Manage mechanical and electrical assembly operations, including cell integration, electrical connections, and final pack build - Supervise battery testing processes, including cell-level and pack-level electrical and functional testing - Ensure accurate execution of test procedures, proper data collection, and traceability of test results - Partner with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot issues and resolve production or test failures - Oversee critical manufacturing processes such as welding, marking, adhesive application, and controlled curing
