Our engineers and space scientists are on a mission to eliminate the connectivity gaps faced by today's five billion mobile subscribers and finally bring broadband to the billions who remain unconnected. Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Battery Pack Technician to join our battery pack production line team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in assembling, testing, and troubleshooting battery packs, with a strong familiarity with Arbin battery cyclers and Amada and Hesse welding machines. This role involves supporting production operations, ensuring quality standards, and assisting with process improvements in the assembly of advanced energy storage systems. Key Responsibilities: - Assemble battery modules and packs according to engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). - Operate Arbin battery cyclers to perform charge/discharge testing, capacity verification, and performance characterization. - Perform spot welding, tab welding, and interconnect assembly using Amada and Hesse welding machines while ensuring precision and safety. - Inspect and test battery cells, modules, and packs for quality compliance, including voltage, resistance, and thermal checks. - Diagnose and troubleshoot issues during assembly and testing, working closely with engineering teams to resolve problems. - Document test results, production data, and any non-conformities in accordance with quality standards. - Follow ESD, safety,
