Team & Technical Leadership - Lead, mentor, and support engineers while setting clear technical direction for the pod. - Build a high-ownership, growth-oriented culture through effective feedback, coaching, and collaboration. - Contribute to key architectural discussions, technical decisions, and hands-on problem-solving with senior engineers. 2. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with Product to challenge requirements, drive clarity, and ensure alignment on priorities. - Partner with Support & Operations to understand customer issues and operational realities, feeding these insights into planning and improvements. - Communicate progress, risks, and decisions transparently with stakeholders and leadership. 3. Execution, Delivery & Ownership - Drive end-to-end execution by planning, prioritising, and tracking engineering work. - Maintain strong development velocity by removing blockers and enabling smooth workflows. - Uphold high engineering standards and ensure
