Finance Operations & COE Manager San Francisco Our finance team tracks and seeks to understand the factors driving our growth and success. We help our entire organization achieve our operational and financial goals while embodying our company values. We ensure our objectives are feasible and work closely with all teams to ensure they have the resources they need to achieve our ambitious mission enabling all teams to work together effortlessly. We are looking for a high-impact Finance Operations/COE Manager to sit at the intersection of Finance, Product, and Go-To-Market (GTM) to serve as the architect of scale for our Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) and Revenue Accounting workstreams. This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. What you'll achieve - Lead the finance workstream for New Product Introductions (NPI), ensuring every new SKU or pricing model is supported by our billing engine and accounting policies. - Own the project lifecycle from initial discovery and business case development through to post-launch stabilization. - Partner with GTM and Sales Ops to optimize the deal lifecycle, streamlining processes from initial CRM quotes to final revenue recognition. - Bridge the gap between finance and technical teams
