ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a contract Technical Sourcer to partner with our recruiting team and hiring managers to build strong, diverse pipelines for engineering and technical roles. You will own the top of the funnel: identifying, engaging, and qualifying passive candidates so that recruiters and interview teams can focus on closing. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who loves the hunt and knows how to get busy engineers to reply.
