As a Sales Manager at Array, you will lead, mentor and inspire a team of Account Executives (AEs) to achieve and surpass direct sales goals. This role is not a c-suite or senior leadership role, but a mid senior-level management position focused leadership position. You will: - Manage and develop a team of up to 10 account executives to achieve and exceed sales targets. - Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and development to drive individual and team success. - Implement and refine sales strategies, tools, and processes to maximize efficiency. - Lead hiring efforts for team expansion, ensuring alignment with company goals. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales strategies and revenue growth. - Analyze performance metrics and market trends to adjust strategies and achieve results.
